Will my items be sent in one package?

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
You receive the wrong item

За такую цену находка. Шагомер, пульсометр. Держит связь со звонками, смс, с приложениями WhatsApp, Instagram. Звонки и сообщения показывает на нашем языке. Сообщения WhatsApp можно читать, на экране высвечивается. После распаковки подзарядить, потом сами включатся. Обязательно установить приложение на телефон fitpro. Через блютуз работает.

Nice smart watch – does the details specified in the description It uses the FitPro App (downloadable from Google and IOS app stores) The accuracy is somewhat lacking, the app is fairly basic. Haven’t tried syncing with other apps yet This watch does not allow you to change the faces other than 12 or 24 hours It is good for a basic activity tracker, the blood pressure is not accurate and not meant to be a medical device. I bought two watches and one piece was DOA – the supplier was kind enough to send a replacement watch. After showing proof that it was dead! Will buy a more improved watches from them in future – fairly trust worthy to buy from them

Отличные часы, пришли полностью разряженными не могла включить, но списалась с продавцом он поэтапно объяснил как правильно включит, все быстро подключилось, шаги считает насчет остального пока не знаю. заказала с серым браслетом, но передумала и попросила положить красный вместо серого прислали оба.

Заказ получен в полностью рабочем состоянии. Курьер привёз прямо к подъезду. Упаковка помялась, но часы, ремешок и зарядка всё в целости и сохранности. Пришли разряженные, но зарядились меньше, чем за 2 часа. Со смартфоном соединились почти сразу. Изображение на экране чёткое, яркое, контрастное, функционал часов как в описании. Покупкой довольна, продавцу и транспортной компании большое спасибо!!!!! Всем рекомендую!!!!

Посылка шла больше месяца. Трек отслеживался. Внешнему виду соответствует, но вот показания показывает не точно, даже очень не точно. Разница идет на 20-30 единиц. Сделал 30 приседаний, так давление и сердцебиение не то что повысилось, а даже упало. Так что это просто игрушка.

Смарт часы пришли в очень плохой упаковке, ощущение, что их уже кто то, если не носил, то уд применял и не раз. Ощущение, что в каробку их засунулм лижбы засунуть. Браслет уже был присоединён, защитная плёнка на экране приклеена криво и под ней пузыри, так как будто её оикоеили и после снова приоепили. Еле зарчдила, вроде включились, как будут работать посмотрим.

Ставлю 5 звёзд только потому, что брала их за 427 рублей, больше точно не стоят. Приложение Fitpro достаточно идиотское + после установки антивирус вопит о небезопасности (!). Часы долго не могли синхронизироваться, после перезагрузки телефона вроде бы дело пошло. На следующее утро опять возникли проблемы с синхронизацией, в общем, работают, как захотят) Дата и время верны, давление не на чем перепроверить, но значения выдают близкие к моим. Шаги считают верно, только иногда перестают контачить с приложением, из-за этого не всегда могут посчитать всё. Зарядки хватает надолго, пока что заряжала только 1 раз после получения посылки (прошло 3 дня, 2/3 есть). Шли оооочень долго.

The watch is according to the description, with the exception of the fpc cable of the sensor, which was disconnected from the watch mainboard. I had to open the watch and connect it myself to make the sensor (and the green light) turn on.

Para lo que cuesta está muy bien. Es muy cómodo de llevar, no pesa nada y la correa es muy suave. La batería aguanta una semana sin problemas. Sólo le pongo un defecto, que es el vibrador. Es muy importante para mi el despertador por vibración y el problema es que no tiene mucha potencia y sólo hace dos vibraciones cortas. Al menos debería dejar ajustar el tiempo de vibración para hacerlo mas largo para que se note mas.
